Natural Spirituality Circles

Spiritual practices, perceptions and perspectives shared in an inclusive space. We'll hear from a guest speakers then have space to query and reflect.

Our guest speaker for January is Sarah Sims, from Treasury of Light, who will be sharing some of her stories and perspectives, with an interactive, experiential approach. Sarah holds regular sacred sound journeys and bioresonance treatments at Elephant Rooms, and across the Midlands. She is well known for her cosmic insights, sage advice and gently transformational spaces which nurture and support the light body.

Facilitated by Sami, whose role at Elephant Rooms includes supporting inclusive spirituality.

All you need to join this circle is an openness to explore spirituality in a non-judgemental, compassionate, inclusive setting. Attendance is an agreement to create a welcoming space, by active listening and following a few ground rules: no prejudice, no proselytising, no pedestalling.

Natural Song Circles

Nurture your natural voice and enjoy the benefits of collective sound in these sessions combining vocal awakening, simple songs, circle songs and vocal healing circles.

An empathetic yet encouraging space for anyone looking to tenderly open vocally and explore the natural voice as a personal and collective healing instrument.

Facilitated by Sami, who, following a ten year vocal transformation, is passionate about the portal of the voice for self reflection, natural unity, remembrance and collective expression.

No singing experience or ability is needed to join, just an open mind, and heart to hear with compassionate curiosity.

Sami has trained in sound healing with the voice, with Angela Milbourn, collaborative vocal improvisation and circle song techniques with mentor Ruana Xerri-West, song leadership with Susie Ro Prater; and further song forms and styles with Anna Bariyani (Curawaka), Peia and Mary McLoughlin. She also writes circle songs, and is currently working on collaborative recordings.

Spinner Ring Workshop

Come and join Jo Fleming of Willow Moon Jewellery at The Elephant Rooms in Draycott and learn how to create a silver and copper spinner ring, which has an inner band (satellite ring) that spins freely within a wider outer band and is also known as a fidget or meditation ring.

During this 3hr class, you will learn how to create a 7mm wide sterling silver main outer ring and a narrow copper inner ring, all which can be left plain or textured using hammers and metal stamps. The class will start with a look at the materials and tools we’ll be using, followed by a demonstration of all the techniques required to create your own ring. These techniques include sawing (piercing), filing, shaping, annealing, forging, texturing, soldering and polishing. At the end of the workshop, you will have created a beautiful spinner ring to take home, all handmade and unique to you.

This is the perfect introduction to making silver jewellery using traditional metalsmithing methods and is suitable for both complete beginners, or anyone with some prior experience.

The 3hr class costs £65.00, which includes materials to make one spinner ring, (sterling silver outer band and one copper spinning inner ring). Should you wish to change the inner ring from copper to silver, there will be additional silver wire available on the day to purchase for a nominal charge (approx £6-8 per ring).

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the session.

Alchemy of the Senses Workshop

Alchemy of the Senses Workshop

Across time, healers have worked with vibration, sacred oils and colour to change what lies beneath the surface of our awareness.

This workshop invites you into that lineage, a space where the physical and the energetic meet, and where old patterns can finally loosen their grip.

Across three hours, we explore how sound, oils, colour frequency and energy healing interact with the body’s deeper layers and the nervous system. Through resonance and rhythm, the nervous system is invited out of holding and into regulation, allowing the body to soften its defenses and receive connection to self more easily.

At the heart of the session is a full sound bath infused with sacred oils, colour intention and gentle energy work. This immersive experience supports deep relaxation, helping to release somatic tension and long-held patterns stored in the fascia, while restoring a sense of safety and coherence within the system.

We close with time to reflect and integrate, so you leave not only deeply restored and recalibrated, but aware of what has changed.

This is a space for those drawn to relaxation and transformation through vibration, the bodily intuitive senses and the mystery that moves quietly within the body.

Sound Gong Bath
Feb

Sound Gong Bath

A Sound / Gong Bath is a vibrational healing sensation that helps still the mind and soothe the soul. It can be an unforgettable experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of their inward journey. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experiences. Physical injuries may be healed, and old emotional traumas may be released. People may often find resolutions to emotional issues during this time.

This journey gives you the opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper level of consciousness. The healing vibrational sounds helps the physical and emotional states within the body to re-align and repair. This allows your body to find a natural calmness whilst allowing for space for insights and thoughts. You can feel truly, vibrantly alive. Once you’ve had your first Sound Bath you’ll want more.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through energy blockages in the body. The journey has been known to help ease many conditions such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, MS, pain and autism. The sound healing vibrations help to release stress, allowing the whole body to enter into a deep relaxation of harmony and joyfulness.

Everything on Earth is made up from sound vibrations and each person is believed to have their own vibrational footprint. During a sound bath the aim is to help relax your body and mind so that you can experience the sound waves washing over you.

Most of the instruments are played from one place, however, occasionally they may be brought around the room and played over your body.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket and cushion to be warm and comfortable. Most people lie down during a Sound Bath, whereas some choose to sit in a comfortable chair.

No prior experience, effort or practice is required to participate. All welcome, However, please note sound therapy is not recommended for people with pacemakers or pregnant ladies in their 1st trimester. If you have any illnesses or aliments and are unsure if this experience will be suitable for you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yoga Day Retreat

Yoga Day Retreat

The theme of this workshop is Transformation.

Yoga is all about Transformation. Whether our physical bodies, minds, attitudes or our thought patterns, when we begin to develop a consistent relationship with Yoga, we undoubtably change.

These changes can be subtle or dramatic, but gradually as we go a little further into our practice we begin to notice that we think differently about certain things. The “walls” or “layers” we constructed around ourselves begin to strip away. Over time we let go of tension and resistance.

We are approaching the Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse. This year is all about transformation, motion, rapid change and enthusiasm. We say goodbye to the old year, the year of the snake. This encourages us to let go, shed our old habits and desires whilst moving forward.

To me this feels really exciting and positive and will be the basis of our workshop allowing us to explore different philosophies.

The morning practice will be all about building heat or “tapas” in order to raise the energy, pushing us into this New Year. This will be a a Hatha Practice incorporating asana, meditation and pranayama. As well as working into twisting poses we will really focus on being “grounded” and “rooted” in our postures.

We will then break for lunch for an hour. This gives us time to relax or wander around the beautiful garden (weather permitting).

After lunch we go become a little stiller with a Yin session continuing the theme of transformation and allowing time for quiet reflection.

Please bring your own lunch but herbal teas, coffee are available at the venue. You may also wish to bring a journal to make notes.

Investment: £45 via Bookwhen or for more information please contact yvonnepatrickyoga@gmail.com

Nature in Fine Silver

Come and join Jo Fleming of Willow Moon Jewellery for a Silver Clay workshop at The Elephant Rooms in Draycott.

This nature inspired workshop uses silver clay to capture a small leaf, flower or buds in fine silver. Collecting foliage and flowers from the lovely garden at The Elephant Rooms, you will learn how to make a mould to create a pendant, charm or drop earrings. I'll show you how to fire your piece, before polishing and applying finishing touches. Includes 7g of silver clay, 1 x mould kit and use of tools.

Saturday 18th April 2026 Time: 10-4pm
£78 per person, including silver clay and use of tools (silver chains or sterling silver earring hooks are available to purchase on the day)

Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. At the end of the workshop you will have created a beautiful piece of fine silver jewellery to take home with you, all handmade and unique to you.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the session, but you will need to bring your own lunch.

Detox & Reset with Hapeh medicine & Ancestral Trance Healing

“Forest Breath: Hapé Ceremony for Deep Detox & Renewal

January marks a time to release the heaviness of the past year and clear space for new light to enter. This Hapé ceremony will guide participants through a sacred detox — physically, emotionally, and energetically — using the wisdom of the forest and the grounding presence of sacred tobacco.

We’ll cleanse the mind, align the body, and reset the spirit for the cycle ahead.

Theme: Detoxify Through Sacred Medicine

Join us for this unique experience

Hapé Study & Ceremony — Holding Space with the Medicine

🕯️ 3-Hour Workshop | Kuripe & Hapé Included

Join us for a sacred evening dedicated to deepening your connection with the ancestral medicine of Hapé (Rapé) — a powerful blend of Amazonian tobacco and sacred plants used for grounding, clarity, and prayer.

In this immersive journey, we will explore the spiritual and practical foundations of working with Hapé — learning not only how to use the medicine with reverence, but also how to hold space for yourself whenever you need guidance.

🌿 Rapéh / Hapé Ceremony 🌿

Guided by Cristiane Billins

I am Cristiane, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki and Shamanic Sound Healer, and apprentice spiritual guide. I was born and raised among healers, and my path has always been rooted in the wisdom of herbs, ancestral practices, and deep spiritual connection.

✨ What is Rapéh?

Rapéh (or Hapé) is a sacred Amazonian medicine, made from mapacho tobacco and tree bark ashes. Traditionally used by indigenous tribes, it is gently blown into the nostrils in ceremony. This sacred medicine helps clear stagnant energy, awaken clarity, and reconnect you with your higher self.

🔥 What You Will Experience with Me

When I serve Rapéh, I do so with prayer and intention, holding a safe and sacred space. In our ceremony together, you will be guided through:

• Breathwork & Preparation – opening energy channels

• Rapéh Administration – setting your intention with the sacred snuff

• Shamanic Drum Journey – guiding your spirit and supporting integration

• Spiritual Guidance – receiving messages, songs, or blessings from the forest spirits

🧡 Why I Serve This Medicine

Rapéh has been a powerful ally in my own journey of healing and remembrance. It is not only a physical and energetic cleanse—it is a spiritual reset. I serve this medicine with reverence, knowing that the energy and prayers I carry are shared with you in each breath.

If you feel called, I invite you to sit with me and explore what this sacred medicine reveals for you.

Save your spot now as space is limited

• Booking: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Please arrive early — doors close at 6:00 PM sharp.

• Preparation:

Family Constellation Workshop

Family Constellation Workshop

Rafe Nauen has been dedicated to the practice of Family Constellations for over 20 years. His work involves guiding individuals and groups through this transformative therapeutic process. By exploring the dynamics within family systems, Rafe helps participants uncover the root causes of their issues, facilitating healing and personal growth. His holistic approach considers the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of family dynamics. Remarkably, this method requires no genealogical information, tapping into cell memory to achieve profound results.

Family Constellations is a therapeutic method designed to identify and resolve deep-seated family issues. It involves setting up a "constellation" of the family system, using group participants or objects to represent family members. This setup reveals hidden patterns, entanglements, and unresolved issues within the family. The process can illuminate the impact of past traumas, loyalties, and emotional burdens that affect the present.

Applications of Family Constellations

Resolving Family Conflicts: Helps individuals understand and resolve conflicts that have persisted across generations.
Healing Trauma: Addresses and heals the impact of past traumas within the family system.
Improving Relationships: Enhances understanding and relationships among family members.
Personal Growth: Supports individual development by uncovering and resolving systemic issues.

Testimonials "Rafe's Family Constellations sessions have been life-changing. I was able to understand and heal long-standing family issues that I never thought possible."
"The insights I gained from Rafe's guidance were profound. His approach is compassionate and deeply effective."
"Participating in a Family Constellations workshop with Rafe was a transformative experience. It helped me see my family dynamics in a completely new light."

The I AM Transmissions, channeled by Ali Gowdridge, work with the Christ Consciousness grid of the planet (also known as the planetary light grids) to anchor higher vibrational frequencies for personal and collective transformation.
An I AM Transmission is a download of higher light, love, codes, wisdoms, frequencies pour into the room and layer though the four bodies - Emotional, Mental, Physical and Spiritual. This then works to Cleanse, Bathe, Transform and Active our fields and consciousness with higher frequencies of light.
These are profound spiritual experiences of immense love, pure wisdom and intelligence moving to awaken inner Soul Love.
The I AM Transmissions have created phenomenal transformation for thousands of people over the years. They are an invitation for souls who seek accelerated healing, strengthening of connection with the other realms and spontaneous activation of inner gifts.
We have entered a new era of consciousness where healing & growth has transformed, and so has our ability to work with higher consciousness and energies.

Kirtan with Jane and friends

Jane has been a singer of sacred and healing sounds for over 30 years and is deeply committed to connecting with and expressing the universal heart through voice. ❤️

For those unfamiliar with Kirtan, it is the singing of simple chants and mantras performed in a call-and-response style. It has the powerful ability to calm the mind, open the heart, and release fear and tension from the body.

Jane has guided workshops across the country and internationally to support the sense of unity and harmony that we can all experience through Krtan, and we are SO looking forward to hosting her.

No experience is necessary for this workshop. Come along to relax, sing, or meditate—there is a space for everyone!

It will be donation-based (suggested £5), and all proceeds will go to the international charity @embracingtheworld.official

A Yoga Workshop aimed to develop our capacity for Resilience

A Yoga Workshop aimed to develop our capacity for Resilience

I love the fact that yoga provides so many tools and insights for supporting us in the "ups" and "downs" of life. It changes our perception from yoga being a weekly class to a lifelong practice.
Yoga is such a deep philosophy with so many limbs and paths to explore. From times when a physical session with lots of Asana (poses) is what's needed, to days when our needs may be quieter with more Meditation and stillness.
The more yoga allows us to reconnect with ourselves, the more we begin to tune into  our needs. These practices develop our capacity for love and compassion towards ourselves and other beings, enabling us to be a little more resilient.
During the workshop we will delve a little deeper into Yogic Philosophy. Going beyond just the physical elements to explore broader concepts from the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjalis Sutras.
We will be focusing on the Paths (Margas) of Yoga of which there are four,
Karma the Yoga of Action, performing acts of kindness with love.
Bhakti the Yoga of Devotion, the ability to see the divine in all beings.
Raga the Yoga of Meditation, focusing the mind.
Jana the Yoga of Intellect and will in which we study and develop our minds.
Throughout the day by the use of Asana (yoga poses), Chanting , Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation we will demonstrate how these Paths of Yoga are still very relevant today. Through the richness these teachings building resilience and showing us how Yoga gives us the ability to have fulfilling, enriched lives.
The morning will be an active Hatha Practice followed by an afternoon of Yin Yoga after a break for lunch.
Investment: £45 available via the link.
