Sound Gong Bath
Mar

Sound Gong Bath

A Sound / Gong Bath is a vibrational healing sensation that helps still the mind and soothe the soul. It can be an unforgettable experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of their inward journey. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experiences. Physical injuries may be healed, and old emotional traumas may be released. People may often find resolutions to emotional issues during this time.

This journey gives you the opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper level of consciousness. The healing vibrational sounds helps the physical and emotional states within the body to re-align and repair. This allows your body to find a natural calmness whilst allowing for space for insights and thoughts. You can feel truly, vibrantly alive. Once you’ve had your first Sound Bath you’ll want more.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through energy blockages in the body. The journey has been known to help ease many conditions such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, MS, pain and autism. The sound healing vibrations help to release stress, allowing the whole body to enter into a deep relaxation of harmony and joyfulness.

Everything on Earth is made up from sound vibrations and each person is believed to have their own vibrational footprint. During a sound bath the aim is to help relax your body and mind so that you can experience the sound waves washing over you.

Most of the instruments are played from one place, however, occasionally they may be brought around the room and played over your body.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket and cushion to be warm and comfortable. Most people lie down during a Sound Bath, whereas some choose to sit in a comfortable chair.

No prior experience, effort or practice is required to participate. All welcome, However, please note sound therapy is not recommended for people with pacemakers or pregnant ladies in their 1st trimester. If you have any illnesses or aliments and are unsure if this experience will be suitable for you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Vocal Discovery Day with Ravi Freeman

12

Vocal Discovery Day with Ravi Freeman

A transformational journey of discovery into the voice.

Includes:

a) exploration of overtone singing

b) chakra toning: voicing tones that activate the body’s chakras

c) voice work: exercises to open the voice

d) mantras, songs & chants from around the world

e) sound journey and gong bath

f) A simple plant-based, gluten free soup, stew or similar (let us know if you have allergies). Please bring a water bottle, your preferred extras/alternatives and plant-based snacks to share with the group.

WORKSHOP DETAILS

A voice workshop with a focus on overtone singing and developing the power of the singing voice. Ravi is known for his ability to convey both the technical aspects as well as the esoteric and healing components of overtone singing. Even for those who do not think of themselves as singers, these workshops give confidence in finding your natural and powerful voice. Those of you who are already singers will find greater depths and possibilities in your voice. Finding our natural sound, breathing from the diaphragm, creating the mouth shapes for overtone singing, expanded listening and finally, hearing our own overtones clearly. We shall also sing together as a choir and explore the self healing and healing effects of harmonics

“Breath and the sound of the voice are existential imperatives, one cannot wish them away. They connect us directly with our divine souls”

OVERTONE SINGING

Overtone sounds resonate in harmony with nature from the smallest atom to the planets and galaxies. Tuning in to these vibrations using the voice and other instruments allows a deeper contact with the psyche and spirit. As you learn to produce overtones with the voice and listen to the sounds of the gongs, Tibetan bowls and tambura, a heightened sensitivity, awareness, peacefulness, cleansing, healing and deepened meditation emerge. This workshop is for people of all abilities. It is not necessary to be able to sing. In the workshop we will make contact with our natural power sound, free the body and breath and learn to produce a variety of overtone sounds…… two tones from the same voice

Yoga Day Retreat
Feb

Yoga Day Retreat

The theme of this workshop is Transformation.

Yoga is all about Transformation. Whether our physical bodies, minds, attitudes or our thought patterns, when we begin to develop a consistent relationship with Yoga, we undoubtably change.

These changes can be subtle or dramatic, but gradually as we go a little further into our practice we begin to notice that we think differently about certain things. The “walls” or “layers” we constructed around ourselves begin to strip away. Over time we let go of tension and resistance.

We are approaching the Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse. This year is all about transformation, motion, rapid change and enthusiasm. We say goodbye to the old year, the year of the snake. This encourages us to let go, shed our old habits and desires whilst moving forward.

To me this feels really exciting and positive and will be the basis of our workshop allowing us to explore different philosophies.

The morning practice will be all about building heat or “tapas” in order to raise the energy, pushing us into this New Year. This will be a a Hatha Practice incorporating asana, meditation and pranayama. As well as working into twisting poses we will really focus on being “grounded” and “rooted” in our postures.

We will then break for lunch for an hour. This gives us time to relax or wander around the beautiful garden (weather permitting).

After lunch we go become a little stiller with a Yin session continuing the theme of transformation and allowing time for quiet reflection.

Please bring your own lunch but herbal teas, coffee are available at the venue. You may also wish to bring a journal to make notes.

Investment: £45 via Bookwhen or for more information please contact yvonnepatrickyoga@gmail.com

Alchemy of the Senses Workshop

Alchemy of the Senses Workshop

Across time, healers have worked with vibration, sacred oils and colour to change what lies beneath the surface of our awareness.

This workshop invites you into that lineage, a space where the physical and the energetic meet, and where old patterns can finally loosen their grip.

Across three hours, we explore how sound, oils, colour frequency and energy healing interact with the body’s deeper layers and the nervous system. Through resonance and rhythm, the nervous system is invited out of holding and into regulation, allowing the body to soften its defenses and receive connection to self more easily.

At the heart of the session is a full sound bath infused with sacred oils, colour intention and gentle energy work. This immersive experience supports deep relaxation, helping to release somatic tension and long-held patterns stored in the fascia, while restoring a sense of safety and coherence within the system.

We close with time to reflect and integrate, so you leave not only deeply restored and recalibrated, but aware of what has changed.

This is a space for those drawn to relaxation and transformation through vibration, the bodily intuitive senses and the mystery that moves quietly within the body.

Detox & Reset with Hapeh medicine & Ancestral Trance Healing

“Forest Breath: Hapé Ceremony for Deep Detox & Renewal

January marks a time to release the heaviness of the past year and clear space for new light to enter. This Hapé ceremony will guide participants through a sacred detox — physically, emotionally, and energetically — using the wisdom of the forest and the grounding presence of sacred tobacco.

We’ll cleanse the mind, align the body, and reset the spirit for the cycle ahead.

Theme: Detoxify Through Sacred Medicine

Join us for this unique experience

Hapé Study & Ceremony — Holding Space with the Medicine

🕯️ 3-Hour Workshop | Kuripe & Hapé Included

Join us for a sacred evening dedicated to deepening your connection with the ancestral medicine of Hapé (Rapé) — a powerful blend of Amazonian tobacco and sacred plants used for grounding, clarity, and prayer.

In this immersive journey, we will explore the spiritual and practical foundations of working with Hapé — learning not only how to use the medicine with reverence, but also how to hold space for yourself whenever you need guidance.

🌿 Rapéh / Hapé Ceremony 🌿

Guided by Cristiane Billins

I am Cristiane, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki and Shamanic Sound Healer, and apprentice spiritual guide. I was born and raised among healers, and my path has always been rooted in the wisdom of herbs, ancestral practices, and deep spiritual connection.

✨ What is Rapéh?

Rapéh (or Hapé) is a sacred Amazonian medicine, made from mapacho tobacco and tree bark ashes. Traditionally used by indigenous tribes, it is gently blown into the nostrils in ceremony. This sacred medicine helps clear stagnant energy, awaken clarity, and reconnect you with your higher self.

🔥 What You Will Experience with Me

When I serve Rapéh, I do so with prayer and intention, holding a safe and sacred space. In our ceremony together, you will be guided through:

• Breathwork & Preparation – opening energy channels

• Rapéh Administration – setting your intention with the sacred snuff

• Shamanic Drum Journey – guiding your spirit and supporting integration

• Spiritual Guidance – receiving messages, songs, or blessings from the forest spirits

🧡 Why I Serve This Medicine

Rapéh has been a powerful ally in my own journey of healing and remembrance. It is not only a physical and energetic cleanse—it is a spiritual reset. I serve this medicine with reverence, knowing that the energy and prayers I carry are shared with you in each breath.

If you feel called, I invite you to sit with me and explore what this sacred medicine reveals for you.
