Often, but not always with the use of equipment, you will challenge your body to a series of low impact exercises which over time, can have huge benefits!
During a class, the core is constantly worked, as are muscles that we don’t typically use on a daily basis, meaning that you will become more aligned and physically stronger.
As we age our minds stay young but our body has other ideas, Pilates can offset this along with alleviating stress.
