Welcoming Sharon Price from Matlock for a half day yoga workshop.
What is the essence of Yoga? Resistance comes to us all in different ways but it’s usually directed by the mind. In this workshop we look at making friends with our mind through our Yoga practice.

This workshop will incorporate physical practice, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation.
