How to restore your gut to health and balance your microbiome
A super tasty, gut-healthy, organic, vegetarian lunch
A demo on the beauty and simplicity of making fermented vegetables (and why everyone should!)
A chance to have a go at making your own kraut from a selection of organic ingredients which you will take home and enjoy (when it’s ready)
Held at the beautiful, calming and restorative space that is the Elephant Rooms in Draycott. Hopefully the weather will be nice and we'll have a chance to potter about the gardens, but if not the inside space is warm and welcoming. All manner of herbal (and normal) teas will be available throughout the day. You'll also be treated to a delicious vegetarian lunch (let me know if you have any dietary requirements e.g. allergies or vegan) and snacks.
