Sensing into Autumn
Summer is fading so welcome to this Autumn re-focus.
From a narrow focus on the sunshine in summer we will mindfully explore where our senses can lead us during the next few months.
We start with the breath of life, moving to discover the soothing Autumnal essences designed for our nostrils.
Letting go of tensions in our body is next, focusing on those parts that are most affected by stress.
Chakras and tuning forks will be introduced as a way of re-balancing our bodies and re-align our body's energies.
A collection of fallen leaves can lead us into exploring our relationships.
We can then plan for those times when we need tender loving care, especially from ourselves.
