Nature in Fine Silver

Come and join Jo Fleming of Willow Moon Jewellery for a Silver Clay workshop at The Elephant Rooms in Draycott.

This nature inspired workshop uses silver clay to capture a small leaf, flower or buds in fine silver. Collecting foliage and flowers from the lovely garden at The Elephant Rooms, you will learn how to make a mould to create a pendant, charm or drop earrings. I'll show you how to fire your piece, before polishing and applying finishing touches. Includes 7g of silver clay, 1 x mould kit and use of tools.

Sunday 18th June 2023 Time: 10-4pm

£75 per person, including silver clay and use of tools (silver chains or sterling silver earring hooks are available to purchase on the day)

Silver clay is a wonderful medium to work in and requires no experience to get started. Often people say “it's like magic and alchemy” as they watch their textured clay turn into fine silver.

Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. At the end of the workshop you will have created a beautiful piece of fine silver jewellery to take home with you, all handmade and unique to you.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the session, but you will need to bring your own lunch.
