Equipment Workshop Balls and more balls...
During this workshop, you'll learn how to use the various types of ball, weighted, mini ball and large Swiss ball and other equipment to enhance your Pilates exercises and take your workout to the next level. You will be guided through a variety of exercises that target the core, legs, and arms, while challenging your balance and stability.
All the Equipment that can be used to increase the difficulty of traditional Pilates exercises, as well as to create new exercises that target the muscles in new ways. The Equipment can also be used to support your body while you exercise.
You’ll leave this workshop with a variety of exercises that you can incorporate into your own Pilates practice at home.
This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner.
