Warming Winter Workshop
Relaxed, soothing, indulgent yoga!
If you are a regular to this yearly workshop you can look forward to some warming yoga to help you strengthen and stretch, and relax and rejuvenate. If you have never been before, why not come along for some blissful indulgent self-care that offers you a moment to recharge, calm and re-energise, with the added bonus of some delicious winter treats at the end!
This Warming Winter Workshop gives you the time and space to relax, leave the busy world outside and focus completely on YOU. These two hours of ‘me’ time give you the tools to effectively manage the build-up to Christmas.
What will you do in this workshop?
Laura will offer you the time to think about how you want to move your body as you are guided through gentle flowing yoga shapes that gently stretch and warm your muscles, and help tension to ease away.
You will learn to still the chatter of your mind with yogic breathwork, including dynamic breath techniques that will help warm your body, together with soothing breath techniques to help ease yourself into your calming ‘rest and digest’ mode.
You will snuggle in a pile of cosy blankets and cushions in a warming, comforting meditation to help bring you peace and calm for the rest of the day.
Your two hours of holistic indulgence will conclude with some warming, winter tea and treats, especially selected by Laura to support the ‘Warming’ theme of this winter workshop.
Level: Everyone is welcome to this yoga workshop; you do not need to have done any yoga before; however, you do need to be able to get up and down off the floor.
