Yoga & Wellbeing day Saturday 18th October 2025 Authentic Yoga & Wellbeing Many of us spend lots of time making sure everyone else is ok. When did you last spend a whole day looking after your own wellbeing? Why not treat yourself? This day will allow you the opportunity to slow down and spend the whole day focusing on yourself. The day will include; Hatha yoga sessions with some restorative poses, meditation, additional wellbeing activities and a deeply relaxing sound bath all designed to support you to relax and let go of stress and tension. You will leave feeling completely relaxed at the end of the day with a small goodie bag. Refreshments will be provided during the day. In a traditional yogic way we will all contribute to a shared lunch which helps bring people together for nourishment and discussion. Alternatively, in the event of allergies you may bring your own lunch. (Health information will be requested prior to the day.)
