I'm so excited to be opening this space, each session offers a chance to check in with your heart-mind, to remember and revive rhythm in your body-soul, and to inspire through intentional drum led inner query. These are small group circles with an intuitive integrative style drawing on elements of my trainings in Reiki, Shamanic Drumming, Sacred Frame Drumming, Sound Healing & Yoga.
