Our time together will start with a cacao ceremony and heart lead meditation. We will then use the energy of the cacao to connect with each other, to help us move mindfully and feel into our bodies. Then, as the music begins, you'll be invited to move with all the freedom you can to celebrate your body, celebrate the moment and shake stagnant energy away. We will end in restfulness and comfort with a sound bath using an array of different instruments including a gong, singing bowls and drums. There will be space for feedback and sharing experiences at the end 🙏🏿
