A wonderful opportunity to take time for yourself and deeply connect to your heart, your inner wisdom, understand more about how to align your energy; hear your guidance from spirit and much more, incorporating sound, energy practices and meditation in a relaxed atmosphere. We will conclude the day with a cacao ceremony, followed by a hypno sound bath, journeying to meet your higher self. The day will leave feeling calm, peaceful, connected and in true alignment with yourself.
The day will begin at 10am and finish at 4.30pm, with a lunch break,
