We all need to protect our time and create space to look after our needs. Yoga is the perfect antidote to the busyness of modern life; a chance to be in like-minded company, filling our energy reserves and drawing on a community of support.
Rachel is a healer and yoga teacher based in Crich who has a special interest in calming our nervous systems, having spent many years discovering what helped herself deal with anxiety, overwhelm and chronic fatigue.
Her personal journey using energy as a reiki master, acupuncturist and yogi give her much to share with you and help you really find good energy and release some of what is getting in your way. She is currently training in Feng Shui to help people work with energy in their homes.
We will be working with our chakras, our breathing, our awareness in how we use our bodies, energetically. Where we give it away or lose it. How we can generate, move and lift it.
Practicing gentle yoga, yoga nidra and dedicating some time to journalling and getting clearer on what we need more of in our lives. This is your precious time, to learn and experience new ways to fill your cup.
In her journey through menopause, Rachel has also become more involved in the divine feminine as a healer.
