Japanese Wellbeing Winter Workshop
 
Come and join us on Sunday 10th December 10.00 – 12.30 for an introduction to the Japanese seasons and how that affects your health.  The morning is designed to give you the best ways to look after yourself through Christmas and winter, exploring the element of water, using a Japanese traditional medicine approach.
 
We’ll look at techniques to improve both our emotional and mental well-being.
 
We’ll learn about qi and how to feel and strengthen our own qi.
 
Find out about the acupuncture points that need looking after in winter, where they are and what they do.
 
Alongside this, we’ll also look at what things are recommended to eat.
 
Next we’ll try some breathing exercises to balance and strengthen our body going into winter, as well as a seasonal meditation to balance and strengthen our mind.
