Starting with some yogic breathwork, we will move into a beautiful meditation called bone breathing. This meditation helps cleanse our body of stale, heavy, and negative energy, hopefully leaving us feeling relaxed and light.
Following a short comfort break, we'll then move into a second meditation. This second meditation will focus on nourishing a deep awareness within ourselves, moving up through our chakras and connecting with each one. Exploring which chakras are happy and balanced whilst listening to and supporting any chakra we find out of balance, we'll understand ourselves and how to support our own wellbeing with this deep meditation.
