NUTRITION FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH// I’m so happy to be back delivering workshops after my time on maternity leave. And what better place to start than a series that is all about the specific ways women can look after their health based on their unique biology.

I’ve delivered women’s health workshops before, but this time I’m breaking it down into parts to explore the different life stages separately and in more depth - specifically our menstruating years, our time in peri-menopause and finally from menopause into later life. And I’m kicking it all off with a session on gut health as I really believe this underpins everything.

So if you’ve ever wanted to understand your period better, or the changing hormones as you move from perimenopause into menopause and beyond, these workshops are for you. We’ll be covering all the ways food and nutrients can help you at different stages and empower you to have a better cycle, a better perimenopause and a better menopause!
