‘Opportunities for mindful moments are all around us'
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, this session invites you to get creative with your mindfulness practices. We will explore opportunities for mindfulness in our daily lives; with inspiration taken from nature, music, literature, our senses, and much more.
This session may be of particular interest to those who have tried (and struggled) to connect with regular mindfulness and meditation practices. Meditations in the session will be short, ranging from 5-10 minutes, so it is ideal for individuals who have previously tried meditation but found themselves prone to feeling 'distracted’, ‘restless’, or ‘bored’.
For experienced meditators, it is hoped that this session may offer interesting and simple ways to further develop your practice.
