Relaxation Workshop

Come and spend a relaxing afternoon with us on Sunday 10th December 2.30 – 5pm.
 
We’ll start connecting with our body, learning a set of easy simple exercises called Makko Ho. These help us stretch out the main meridians in our body, helping your energy unblock and flow.
 
Next, we’ll do some breathing exercises that help restore balance across your body and mind.
 
Following this, we’ll go into a mindfulness exercise designed to soothe your senses.
 
You’ll then experience a deep meditation bringing strength into your energy and being,
 
The afternoon is all designed to help you tune into your body, unwind and relax deeply. Give yourself a boost before Christmas and join us for a lovely soothing couple of hours.
