Resource yourself through the elements

In our current day and age we can easily find ourselves pulled along by the busy-ness of life and even sometimes feel depleted and suddenly heading towards burn out.

Finding ways to resource ourselves (‘fill our cup’), and being able to access those resources regularly, can help us to maintain emotional balance and a sense of personal well-being. Our resources can be used to lift us into higher energy states, or lower our energy and ground us. 

You are invited to join Rachel, our Psychotherapeutic Breathworker, to enjoy an introduction to each of the elements and the different ways they can be used to resource yourself in support your personal process . 

Take a deep dive interactive in to each element, feeling in to which element(s) you resonate with most and generating a colourful personal resources pictorial to take home with you - a supportive tool you can use wherever and whenever you need it!

In addition to creating your personal resources list, you’ll also have the opportunity to experience each of the Tibetan 5-element breaths and how they can form part of a powerful meditation process.

This event will be informative, fun, exploratory, creative and valuable as part of your self care practise.
