Being truly in that moment of oneness you continue the day with visulisations and mantras, yin breath work, and ending with sumi art you'll create yourself, being able to take home as a reminder of the day and your personal achievement of realignment.
That day will begin at 10am ending at 4pm with a lunch break in the day (please ensure your bring your own lunch, dress comfortable and even bring a blanket).
