Expansive Friday with True Colour Therapies with Paula-Marie
On Friday 17th May I have the honour of hosting "Expansive Friday" from 6-9pm, where you will enter into my world of 'Colour & Sound' allowing your senses to interact with the vibrations, while I take you on a journey that's Souly yours. 🌈 🎼
I will be holding space for an intimate group of 6ppl that could be friends, family, work colleagues or complete strangers!! 👥
All are welcome because 'Colour & Sound' are inclusive 🫂 and does not discriminate age, gender, social status or religious background.
I will start with a Colour Reflection Reading for each person to determine your area's of strengths & weaknesses. 🎡
Your chosen Colours will be placed around you, and I will also bring in the healing Colours you need. 🌟
My jewelled bottles are infused with the living energies of Flowers, Crystals, Herbs, Gems & Plants. This is what gives them their relevant, vibrant, Colours 🌸 💎 🌱♦️🪴
You will receive an energy transaction from all their properties through a 'Sympathetic Resonance'. This is a process where you are triggered to seek out, that which is of a similar vibration (like attracts like). ♒
I will then guide you into a soft "Shower of Sounds" where notes are played freely yet intuitively over you. I work best with percussion instruments and in the session I will use Bola Bells, Koshi Chimes, Tuned Pipes & Forks, Tibetan Bowls, Tingsha Bells, Rainmaker, Soft Drum and more.. 🔔 🪇🪘🪈
You are your greatest guide (and I honour this) you will automatically tune into the Sounds you need by way of the sympathetic resonance already mentioned. 🎶🎶
Sounds are a Soothing Salve for a fragmented mind. 🤯😧
Colours are a Healing Balm to a dis-eased body. 🦠⚧️
Together, Colour & Sound will work on the Chakra's (inwardly) and the Aura (outwardly) 🌈 🎼
All these energetic transactions will be sealed with a Colour Essence ✨ and an Affirmation for each individual person. 🗣️ (there is power in the spoken word)
